Welcome to VIVID Window Cleaning ("VIVID," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.

Services & Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described at the time of the quote. We will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling & Access

We provide a fixed start and end time for every job. Please ensure safe access to the property and the areas to be serviced. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our work, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional cost.

Liability & Insurance

VIVID is fully insured, covered up to $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective windows, seals, or fixtures identified prior to or during service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
